Window focus issues (wrong workspace)

For the last week I've encountered a few focus bugs, where I didn't have the focus on any of my windows in current workspace. I've had just single window with no focus to it (it was a terminal and no registering key presses) or even two windows with no border and no registering key events. Today I've had this incident on workspace 2 and key presses were sent to the first window of first workspace

I am using the latest version
